All orders will include shipping and handling. This is both for drop shipping product from distribution to UME for embroidering/imprinting, and for delivery from UME directly to you via our in-house delivery service or parcel carrier. Customers that wish to save some additional money may opt to pick up their order at our Fort Lupton manufacturing facility.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our industry, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on garments that have been imprinted on. To ensure the highest quality possible, UME will embroider a test run on a sample garment before the production run begins. A digital proof of printed items will be provided prior to screen setup. A partial refund may be possible, less any shipping, handling and restocking fees, if customization has not been completed.
Payments / Deposits
Unless otherwise agreed to, all orders will require payment in full at the time the order is placed. For larger orders, ($500 or more) a 50% deposit will be accepted at the time of the order. Upon completion, the balance is due immediately.
Shutdowns and related impacts of and from the COVID-19 pandemic have created uncertainty and unpredictability in worldwide market conditions that prevent material lead times from being reasonably determined at this time. UME Custom does not account for any potential adverse impacts COVID-19 may have on availabilities, or delays caused by material shortages or related issues. While we strive to (and often do) turnaround orders as quickly as possible, UME Custom operates with a 10-business day turnaround time from the date items are received at the production facility. In some cases, this may be extended due to product shortages. Delays will be communicated to the customer if a promise date will not be met.
Customer Supplied Garments
Production Allowance – Embroidery is the only service that we offer on customer supplied garments. Our standard damage tolerance is 1% per decorating location. UME Custom is not responsible for damage that may occur during the embroidering process. We do not offer screen printing, DTG or vinyl on customer supplied items.
